Named after the seminal Lynyrd Skynyrd song "Freebird," Freebird Live is one of Jacksonville Beach's top venues for live music. Showcasing both popular national touring acts and up-and-coming musicians, Freebird Live is the go-to spot for inspiring live performances. With state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, you'll be highly entertained. The non-smoking venue is standing-room only and features two full bars as well as a unique railed balcony for those 21+ that overlooks the ground floor stage.

You will find no official parking lot at Freebird Live. Your options include street parking and nearby lots, some of which are free and some of which require payment.

Age Restrictions

Freebird Live is an all ages venue, however the upper level and balcony are reserved for patrons who are 21 years of age and up. While children are allowed at all shows, some of the events held here might not actually be suitable for “all ages.”

Everyone will be subject to searching and a security pat down upon entry, and there are no ins-and-outs. No large purses, backpacks, tote bags, hoola hoops, swinging objects or weapons are allowed.
